Traditional Russian Pastry

From Sharing the Little Purple Berry (or here)

Today my neighbour brought a traditional Russian pastry she made using edible blue honeysuckle that she had picked here several weeks ago. The shell is made with whole wheat flour, cream, salt, and baking powder. It is rolled thin and cut into circles. EBH was added to the centre along with one teaspoon of sugar. Then the sides are drawn in and it was baked 10 – 15 minutes. It was delicious!
